Új programmal jelentkezem, új időpontban.  NEM CSAK NŐKNEK :) Úgy gondolom a hétvége legyen a családok, hobby, kirándulás vagy az önálló elmélyedés ideje.

Ezért hétfő estére hirdetem meg a BELSŐ CSEND estéket, 19 órától kezdődően. Ekkorra talán otthon van a párod, aki erre a másfél órára vigyáz a gyerek(ek)re, ekkorra már a vacsorát is befejezitek és megszavazhatsz magadnak egy kis intenzív kikapcsolódást, töltekezést. 9 órára már hazaérsz, tudsz még mesélni, vagy beszélgetni a pároddal, lazább esti teendőt elvégezni. Ne feledd: a fejlődés a gyakorlásban csírázik, nem az elméletekben.

Ezeken az estéken a hangtálak finom és energetizáló rezgése közben klasszikus jóga nidra lazításban részesülhetsz.  A jóga nidra gyakorlása javítja a figyelmed irányítását, harmonizálja az agyi pályákat, erősíti test és tudat kapcsolatát és tisztázhatod céljaidat is. Kioldódnak régi érzelmi töltések és energiát szerzel céljaid megvalósításához.
