Sokan nem tudják, miért esszenciális fordított pózokat gyakorolnunk rendszeresen. 2018. június 3-án megtudhatod, elmélyülhetsz bennük, és saját bőrödön tapasztalhatod a biztonságos gyakorlás hatását.

A leginkább ismert fordított testhelyzetű ászana a válltámasz és a fejenállás. A műhelyet annak szenteljük, hogy e két ászana végzésében mindenki a neki megfelelő szinten áttörést tudjon elérni.

Kezdőknek: hogy túljussanak a kezdeti félelem blokkján; középkezdőknek: hogy merjenek támaszték nélkül gyakorolni; haladóknak: hogy kifényesítsék ászanájukat. Ahogy a válltámasz szanszkrit elnevezése mutatja (szarvangászana), a fordított a testhelyzetek a test egészére pozitívan hatnak, ezért megfelelő ászanák sorozatával jól megalapozzuk azt a testi mintázatot, hogy a fej a gerinc alatt van. Megfordul a megszokott szempont, amit meg kell szokni, de az eredmény szinte azonnal észlelhető: felbuzdul a vérkeringés, a hormontermelődés szabályozottá és egészségessé válik, az idegrendszer kisimul, a tudat fényessé és tudatossá lesz.
