Immár a hét minden napján tartunk gerincjógát a Shakti Jógastúdióban. Legújabb időpontunkban: keddenként 10.30-12.00 óráig Évi vár minden érdeklődőt. Első keddi óra: január 21-én lesz.A kezdő gerincjóga gyakorlatai könnyen kivitelezhetők olyanok számára is, akik esetleg a jógában kevésbé jártasak.
