Lelassul az idő, ha az ember egy csésze illatos, gőzölgő teát kortyolgat, ízlelve annak minden zamatát, felfedezve a tea útját, történetét, a teaivás filozófiáját.

Ez az a lelassulás, ami az Ön-magunkba tekintéshez, a meditációhoz is szükséges. S ha már a spirituális úton járók társasága és a hely szelleme minket támogat, megújító energiákat, lendületet adó mantra-meditációt is tartunk ezen az alkalmon, és betekintést nyerhetünk a Jóga valódi üzenetébe.

Egyszerűség:"a kevesebb több" - alapja a pontosság, a tapasztalat, a gyakorlás

Spontaneitás: "válaszd a kevéssé járt ösvényt" – Még ha tévedsz is, tévedj becsületesen

Nyugalom:"a hold megvilágítja a kristálytiszta kék vizet" - A nyugodt horizont elcsitítja a zajokat.  

Rugalmasság: "légy egy fűszál"
