Az órák profi bemelegítéssel kezdődnek, kardio-jellegű táncmozdulatokkal segítenek hozzá a teljes feloldódáshoz, majd korrekt nyújtással, és rövid relaxációval záródnak.

- Milyen ruhát vigyek? - Kényelmes, amiben Nőnek érzed magad. Pl. leggings, póló, kendő a csípőre, balettpapucs vagy 'sansha' puha talpú cipő

- Mit vigyek még? - Jógamatracot, a bemelegítéshez és a nyújtáshoz, vizet.

-Mit kell tudni az órákról? - Bemelegítéssel kezdünk, majd izolációs és alap orientális táncmozdulatokkal folytatjuk, egyre dinamikusabban. Követhető lesz, nyugi. Finom nyújtás és rövid relax a végén.

- Hozható a kislányom? - persze, ha tudja követni, vagy a mamája ölében jól elvan
