ÉVZÁRÓ SATSANG - december 16., 17.00-19.00

Évzáró Satsangunk egy alkalom a szívet melengető együttlétre. Pránajáma, meditáció és mantra gyakorlással engedjük el a múltat és készülünk tudatosan a jövőre. 

Mindannyian érezzük a saját bőrünkön: 2017. egy nehéz év volt… Jó megérteni üzeneteit, letenni a terheket, és tisztán, megkönnyebbülten, céltudatosan, lendülettel kezdeni az új évet. A bölcsek szerint a közösség nemcsak megtartó, de erősen személyiségformáló erő is. Szívből örülünk, hogy jógastúdiónk nem csak egy helyszín, hanem egy valódi közösségi színtér is.

A programon ászana gyakorlás nem lesz, így hosszabb ülésre készülj kényelmes ruházattal.

Belépés: valamilyen ételfelajánlással, amit közösen a teaszertartás után fogyasztunk el.

A programon való részvétel INGYENES, de adományt szívesen veszünk, amelyet teljes egészében stúdiónk eszközfejlesztésére fordítunk, ÉRTETEK, A KÖZÖSSÉGÉRT. (Ajánlott minimum adomány: 1.000 Ft)
