Babamasszázs

Mamáknak babákkal és kismamáknak is

Ösztöneinket megzavarta a mai civilizált kultúránk és XXI. századi szokásaink, és azt hisszük, hogy az anyai méh 9 hónapon át tartó meleg ölelése után teljesen normális a babágy jeges magánya, és a babakocsiba szeparáltság. Ez egyszerűen nem igaz. A babákat táplálni kell, de nem csak tejjel. Simogatni, masszírozni, mozgatni kell őket. A babmasszázzsal a babák eredeti szükségleteire válaszolunk.

A babamasszázs tanulásához ideális kor: 5 hetestől 7-8 hónapos korig, vagy amíg a baba könnyebben egy helyben tartható. Ha pocakban érkezik a babád az órára, hozz magaddal egy kb. életnagyságú játékbabát a masszázs elsajátításához.
